TechHub Return Policy
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR PACKING SLIP.

The UC Davis Stores are committed to excellent customer service. If for some reason you need to return or exchange your merchandise please follow the guidelines below. All merchandise must be in resalable condition and in original packaging with manuals and warranties and be accompanied by the original receipt for a replacement or credit to be issued. In the case of a refund, credit will only be issued to the account that was used to place the order. A 10% restocking fee may be assessed on all returns, defectives, exchanges, etc.

  1. Defective merchandise must be returned to the TechHub within 20 business days and is subject to testing before return or exchange approval will be given.
  2. All returns must be made within 5 days of purchase or delivery unless defective.
  3. Approved exchanges may be made for other TechHub merchandise of equal or greater retail value.
  4. Returns of defective Apple iPods, Nanos and Shuffles must first be approved by an Apple Technician. Please call 1-800-800-2775. Apple case number(s) must be provided.
  5. No returns on opened software. Defective software must be exchanged through the manufacturer.

All sales are final on clearance and demo merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any merchandise.

Return Authorization

All returns will require prior authorization. To initiate a return please contact us or stop by the UC Davis Stores - TechHub.

Wrong item

Shipping is refundable only if the wrong merchandise resulted from an error by the UC Davis Stores. If you made a mistake or have changed your mind, you will have to pay for all shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item. Does not apply to clearance items or demo merchandise, as these sales are final.

Defective Merchandise

We will promptly replace or, at our discretion, refund any merchandise that you receive that is damaged or defective. We will credit the account used to place the order for the cost of return shipping upon receipt of the damaged or defective merchandise at our warehouse.

An original receipt or packing slip is required with all returns. Be sure to include the reason for the return or exchange. Please use FedEx, UPS and/or purchase insurance when returning items, for your own protection.

The UC Davis Stores reserves the right to refuse any refund or return.
