Herbaceous and grassy, this olive oil was produced at UC Davis’ historic Wolfskill Ranch, where olives have been grown since 1842. The fruit was harvested in November with a campus crew. Some olives where milled in the field by Olive Truck and the rest at Seka Hills in Yolo County’s Capay Valley. Due to a short crop we added to the blend some Arbequina olive oil from an outstanding California producer. The oil was bottled in Fairfield by Olive Oil Factory. Wolfskill Olive Oil took Gold in the 2019 New York International Olive Oil Competition. Your purchase supports the UC Davis Olive Center at the Robert Mondavi Institute. The center seeks to build California’s crop of the future.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil. This product is made in a facility that also processes nuts, oils, soy and dairy.
