Olio Nuovo is bottled directly after milling and was made available to the public this fall for early season enjoyment. Fresh, bright, and bold, enjoy this oil within a few months after harvest.

We are honored to celebrate the Olive Center’s mission to serve the research and educational needs of the olive industry, we are proud to be a self-supporting university/industry coalition that is leading the way to building California’s crop of the future.

The 2021 Olio Nuovo is limited to the stock on hand once it has sold out there will be no more until next year’s harvest. It is available for purchase at The Main Store in the MU on campus, the Downtown Store, and at ucdavisstores.com
