2024 Harvest Wolfskill Extra Virgin Olive Oil This olive oil was produced by our students at UC Davis historic Wolfskill Ranch, where olives have been grown since 1842. The fruit was harvested in November 2024 with our students of the Olea Learn project and our industry collaborators. The olives were milled at 43 Ranch Olive Mill in San Ardo, Cobram Estate Olives in Woodland and at Olica Olive Oil and Mill in Yolo County’s Capay Valley. Fresh, sweet and grassy, this EVOO is the perfect kitchen addition to creating your next culinary delight or finishing a dish.
