AggieCard Photo Requirements

Approved photos:

  • Face forward, no head tilt or angled shots
  • White background
  • Neutral or smiling face
  • Face not obscured or covered*
  • Color photo
  • Square cropped in jpg, tiff, tif, bmp, or png
  • 300 x 300 pixel resolution
  • Even lighting across face

Reasons photos will be denied:

  • Too dark
  • Non-white background
  • Glare in glasses
  • Hat or other head covering
  • Angled head
  • Edited photo
  • Photo too grainy

* except for religious purposes


If your photo is denied, you’ll get an email stating why it was denied so you’ll know to submit a new photo.
