Computer Issues? No Problem!

The TechHub is an Apple Authorized Service Provider onsite. Bring directly to the repair center in the newly renovated TechHub center located on the lower floor of the campus bookstore. Drop in hours can be found on the Store Hour page. During drop-in hours you will be able to meet with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff to discuss your issues, run diagnostics, and go over your options.

Warranty Repairs

All Apple devices are covered under limited warranty up to a year from the original purchase date. Limited warranty only covers defects with your device that were not from general usage.

AppleCare devices are covered for up to 3 years after original purchase date and are broken into two tiers:

• $99 single part repair (ex: display, battery, keyboard, trackpad)
• $299 multi part repair (ex: logic board, liquid damage, accidental damage)

Pricing for out of warranty repairs is based on a case by case basis.

Data Recovery

Please note that the TechHub and Apple are not responsible for your data. We highly recommend performing regular backups to safeguard your information. In the event of repairs, we offer a data recovery service for $10, where we will make every effort to retrieve your data (not possible for liquid damaged devices).
